# Request Store Setup Help

If you’re using the Poetic theme, we can help you get your store set up — **at no cost.**

As part of our ongoing support, you can request assistance with your initial setup so you don’t have to start from a blank canvas. We’ll create a pre-designed starting point that you can build on and customize to fit your brand.
